We invite you to exhibit at the jubilee 5th edition of the largest automotive event in Małopolska – Tuning Show EXPO 2025.

Tuning Show EXPO 2025 is a showcase of the best, carefully selected tuning and motorsport projects from Poland and Europe. The event will feature drift shows, wreck race demonstrations and competitions, and meet-and-greets with athletes and YouTubers from the tuning and motorsport industries.

The biggest automotive show in Małopolska will take place on September 13–14, 2025, at EXPO Kraków.

Tuning Show EXPO is a beloved event among car enthusiasts and the only one of its kind in Kraków. Following the success and growing popularity of the past four editions, it’s time for another, even more exciting jubilee edition.

For two days, the most renowned companies in the automotive industry will present new solutions and share their expertise, while design enthusiasts will be thrilled by the display of motorsport and tuning projects. All this will take place at the modern International Exhibition and Convention Centre EXPO Kraków, located at ul. Galicyjska 9.

Previous edition in numbers:

• Number of exhibition vehicles: 300

• Number of exhibitors: 50 companies across nearly 2,000 m²

Exhibition cost: PLN 140 net/m² for raw exhibition space.

One-time Exhibitor Registration Fee: PLN 500 net

The non-refundable registration fee for obtaining Exhibitor status covers handling costs incurred by the organizers – Targi w Krakowie and Showtime Tomasz Pansewicz – related to participation in the expo.

The registration fee includes:

• 10 two-day admission tickets for the Exhibitor (additional tickets can be purchased at a 50% discount off standard prices),
• 2 parking passes,
• A promotional post about the Exhibitor on Tuning Show EXPO’s social media:
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
• Disposal of mixed municipal waste,
• Stand cleaning, including:
  • Emptying waste bins,
  • Vacuuming carpeted flooring / wiping hard surfaces,
• Marking of the ordered exhibition area,
• Power supply during stand assembly and disassembly,
• Assembly ID badges,
• Free parking during setup days.

The cost of the space is 140 PLN net/m² for the 2-day duration of the event. The booths do not include wall structures and consist of exhibition space only.

Regulations and Consents *
